Booking

• On the day of arrival we charge a deposit of €100, which is refundable if the apartment is returned in the same condition as on the day of arrival

• On arrival we charge a one-off cleaning fee of €85
• Reservations during the holiday season are accepted on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, this rule is suspended due to the pandemic
• Check-in possible from 09:00 to 21:00, after 21:00 to 24:00 €10 additional fee
• Bookings for a minimum 3 nights
• Reservation is confirmed by e-mail, after confirmation of the date and
  acceptance of terms and conditions
• Within 2 days after e-mail reservation we expect payment of 30%
  deposit or the total amount in order to finally confirm the stay
• Prices for the apartment apply to 4 people. Each additional person €10. Maximum 6 people in the apartment
• When there is more than 4 people children under 3 years sleep for free
